Morning had noodles and remaining 2 pork chops.

Talked to Joanna Robinson and Essexeclipse2.

Get ready and packed up for hospital appointment with dad.

Walked to bus station in slow paced and waited for him.

We got on bus and pax in front seems confused and got onto wrong bus so he changed.

The bus was full and I did a few photographs and videos of the journey.

We originally wants to get off at prison but we missed the stop so we get off at hospital grounds.

Then we walked into the clinic and reg'd.

Then I waited at the lobby. Later dad went into the rooms to get his eyes checked.

Then later on he got his eyes injection.

Then I checked some Dutch perjury law and also return home check.

Then We took bus down to city centre.

Went into Coop to get sushi, fried chicken and also lemonade.

Then walked home but dad going slowly so I gotta walk back.

I also had talked about the nursing shortage and the advert encouraging healthcare staff move to Canada (British Coloumbia)

Before dinner I went for Sushi and x2 large packets. But then I felt ill the next day.

Then later had dinner with fried rice and had green grapes after meal.

Then went to throw recycling trash downstairs.

Then I went home to read about perjury and Finnish penal code stuff and then I went to bed.
