 Early morning went out to threw trash and the meat slices into river for dinner for fishes.

I also took 2 paracetamol and a hot drink before bed.

Morning is reading about Victim impact statement and relationships to sentencing.

Then dad is feeling ill in his room.

Then I stayed in bed watching videos on disaster breakdown about plane crashes.

Nighttime I went to dry out kitchen sink and washed the area. I also got floor mooped.

Had noodles with egg and pork chop x2 at night and one in morning next day.
